At Kleia Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged.
We also cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

- Your order number
- Photos/Videos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund to your original payment method
Change of Mind
We currently do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
